Each piece is prepared with care. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details once your package is on its way.

Right now, we ship within the U.S. only — but international shipping is coming soon.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@inherway.com within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to adjust it.

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a day early or leave it with a neighbor or leasing office. We recommend checking nearby and allowing 24 hours for it to arrive. If it still hasn’t shown up, reach out to your local carrier first, then email us at hello@inherway.com so we can assist.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll gladly reship it once it arrives back at our studio. Customers are responsible for any reshipping costs, so please double-check your address before placing an order.

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Just send us a note at hello@inherway.com to get started.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
